I went to Catalyst Physical Therapy and Wellness because I was unable to get through my days without immense pain in my neck and arm. I loved how the office staff and physical therapists work as a team and make sure you know that when you walk through their doors, you’re their priority. The office staff was beyond friendly, and scheduling was always easy. And if you’re lucky enough to speak with Annie, the Office Manager, then you’ll understand why the front desk is professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Annie was so friendly and was always able to answer all my questions. She was beyond thorough when assisting in the communication between Catalyst and my doctor’s office which helped expedite my care. My therapist was exceptional. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and I always felt taken care of. My therapy was tailored to my needs and I always left my appointments feeling educated about my healing journey. He really made me feel like I wasn’t alone and reaching my goals was attainable. And they were. My neck and arm pain are gone and the tools I was given have allowed me to continue the work at home to stay on my pain free journey. Catalyst EXCEEDED my expectations and I am beyond grateful for them.

Catalyst Physical Therapy and Wellness is outstanding in every facet and I recommend them for anyone needing physical therapy. Back in the summer of 2022, I tore the meniscus in my left knee. Although I could barely walk for weeks, it was assessed as a minor tear by my doctor, meaning I probably didn't need surgery and could just do physical therapy to get back to full health. My doctor's top recommendation was Catalyst Physical Therapy, so I called them, set up an assessment appointment and started treatment soon after. The initial consultation at Catalyst was a thorough assessment of my injury, strength and flexibility. I was then scheduled with Audra Jahn as my physical therapist and she immediately understood my issue, answered all of my questions and built a detailed and customized plan specifically for me. She's an incredibly knowledgeable professional that balances strength training with flexibility as well as guidance with care. For my recovery, she always encouraged me to push myself to a challenging but safe limit, which I really appreciated. She also constantly changed the program for me so it didn't get stale and adapted to my body as I recovered. One other thing she did which I really appreciated was educate me about my injury, my body, the areas I needed to focus on and how to take what I was doing in the office and bring it home to help expedite my recovery. It took about 9-12 months before I was back to full strength and when I say back to full strength I mean back to doing all the activities I did before the injury including walking, running, hiking and the gym, all without pain and stronger than before I started PT. I would also say the entire staff was excellent. From the front office who were always friendly and accommodating when scheduling appointments to the PT assistants that worked closely with me on refining technique of each and every exercise. All kind, all super helpful and just downright pleasant. I'm so grateful to have worked with Audra and the good folks at Catalyst on my recovery. I'm sure all of the physical therapists at Catalyst are wonderful, but Audra really worked closely with me and helped me at every step and I'm sure I'm back to my active lifestyle because of her deep understanding of human physiology and the most effective ways to recover from specific injuries.

This was my first session at Catalyst Physical Therapy. The front staff was very welcoming and professional. I had a question about my insurance and the staff member came out to explain in detail my deductible and the associated costs of future sessions. My therapist, Tiffany, was excellent. She listened and took notes of my concerns regarding my injury and then took ROM measurements. She was very thorough, kind and professional. We discussed my goals for therapy in order to return to my daily activities and lifestyle. Tiffany wrote out a plan for the different phases which helped me to understand how my therapy sessions would progress and the estimated time it would take to reach my goals. Overall I felt this was one of the best physical therapy clinics I have been to and I only wish I would have come here sooner. I have had additional sessions with Audra and Bess. These two therapists are extremely knowledgeable with a high level of experience. They both are exceptional therapists and I am grateful for the care they are providing me.

Great physical therapists who took the time to evaluate and determine what was going on with me for each session. They provided information through the app for exercises that they recommended. Audra was exceptional. I am grateful to the Catalyst staff for everything they did to get my lower back recovered and stronger! They went the extra mile.

I can't speak highly enough about Kat and Jon at Catalyst! I came in with ongoing lower back/ glute pain from practicing aerial silks and was so impressed with the personalized care plan created for my unique injury and sport. I felt valued and supported every step of the way and they took the time to help me understand the purpose of each exercise. I’m now back to doing what I love without pain and have the necessary tools to combat any flareups. I recommend them to anyone seeking top-tier physical therapy!

I have really enjoyed working with the therapists at Catalyst. I've worked with Cat, Patrick, and Peter. They are all great - I have mostly worked with Peter on my shoulder and he has been absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable, encouraging, and empowering. He always listens to everything I say and tailors my care plan for my needs that day. Would recommend anyone to come here!

I came to Patrick and Audra about 4 months ago after Shoulder surgery (torn labrum) I was really nervous about healing and recovery and pain. The first thing I noticed was how welcoming everyone was. Patrick was amazing carefully took time and asked questions about how my shoulder was feeling. A. Purple months I switched to Audra because of work scheduling. She has been super nice and made coming to PT fun. Hands on she got knots out of my neck and back that have been there for years. It’s crazy to see the progress my shoulder has made. Highly recommend Patrick and Audra!! If I have to come back at some point in life I will.
